When you enter the £2,500 Free Prize Draw we collect your first name, last name, mobile number and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. We also record the puzzle you answered, your answers, the page you arrived on and the advertising click and campaign identifiers attached to your visit.
We use these details to administer the prize draw, identify duplicate entries, contact the winner and measure which adverts bring genuine entrants. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and measuring the promotion.
We may use the telephone number you provide to contact you by live telephone call about Fortune Puzzle Club products, offers and subscriptions, where permitted by law. You can tell us at any time that you do not want to receive marketing calls, either during a call or by emailing hello@fortunepuzzleclub.com, and we will stop.
We do not make automated or AI marketing calls, and entering the prize draw is not treated as consent to marketing. We screen numbers against the Telephone Preference Service where required.
Entry records are kept until the draw has been completed, the winner paid and any statutory or audit period has passed. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on that consent, plus a reasonable evidence period afterwards.
