When you enter the £2,500 Free Prize Draw we collect your first name, last name, mobile number and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. We also record the puzzle you answered, your answers, the page you arrived on and the advertising click and campaign identifiers attached to your visit.
We use these details to administer the prize draw, identify duplicate entries, contact the winner and measure which adverts bring genuine entrants. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and measuring the promotion.
We only call you about Fortune Puzzle Club membership if you separately tick the consent box after your entry is complete. When you do, we record the exact wording you saw, its version, the date and time, the page address, your device information and IP address, so we can evidence your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us on a call or by contacting us.
Entry records are kept until the draw has been completed, the winner paid and any statutory or audit period has passed. Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on that consent, plus a reasonable evidence period afterwards.
